Kentucky had 5 guys taken in the first round. Kentucky only made it to the elite 8. If you have 5 first round picks on your roster, than you sure as heck better AT LEAST get to the championship game. Kentucky only made it to the elite 8 this year (that sounds ridiculous, I know). Why? Because college basketball is no longer a team competition between schools, it is a competition for a lucrative NBA contract (hence, a team like Butler gets into the championship). This is why I no longer pay attention to NCAA basketball.
